JENNUINE Beauty LLC Mobile Services & Travel Policy Your beauty and relaxation experience can now come to you! JENNUINE Beauty LLC is happy to offer mobile services for an additional travel fee. Travel Fees: * 0–10 miles: $20 flat travel fee. * Beyond 10 miles: $20 base travel fee plus $1 for each additional mile over 10 miles. * Mileage is calculated one way, from my business location directly to your driveway. Return-trip mileage is not charged. Travel Fee Examples: * 10 miles = $20 * 15 miles = $25 * 20 miles = $30 * 25 miles = $35 Booking & Deposit Policy: A 50% nonrefundable deposit of your service total, plus the full travel fee, is required upfront to secure your mobile appointment. All deposits and travel fees are NONREFUNDABLE, including in the event of cancellation or no-show. The remaining 50% of your service balance is due at the time of your appointment. All mobile appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations: * All 50% service deposits and travel fees are NONREFUNDABLE. * Cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit and travel fee. Rescheduling: * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. * With proper notice, your deposit and prepaid travel fee may be transferred to your new appointment one time. * Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new deposit and travel fee. * Any additional travel costs due to a change in location must be paid before the new appointment is confirmed. Cancellation Policy
No call no-show will forfeit your deposit! Card on file will be charged 100% remaining balance due and you will no longer be able to reschedule. I understand that last minute cancellations need to happen in emergencies but please reach out to me asap so we can both be on the same page about the situation! I am human also! 🤗
